Edge grain construction offers a durable work surface that stands up to regular kitchen use while remaining gentle on knife edges. Boards are hand-sanded, finished with a blend of food-safe oil and wax, and made to serve equally well as cutting boards, serving boards, or countertop display pieces. All boards in the Everett Collection are fitted with non-slip rubber feet to provide stability during use and help keep the board elevated from wet countertops.
