Bjorn is a hand-turned wooden candle vessel made from a locally sourced, downed tree believed to be western cedar. The tall, simple form highlights the wood’s natural grain, with warm color variation and visible character throughout.
The vessel dried with a subtle warp, giving it a slightly organic profile—a natural result of working with solid wood. The candle is poured with an evergreen-scented wax. Light surface cracking may be visible and is common in handmade candles; it does not affect burn quality and will soften as the candle is used.
Finished with a water-resistant blend of linseed oil and beeswax. Once the candle has burned down, the vessel can be cleaned and reused as a cup, small vase, or catchall.
Dimensions: approximately 3.25” in diameter and 4” high
